A 1/3 pound patty of boneless short rib, blended with bacon, breaded portobello mushrooms, crispy onions, dipped pastrami, jalapeƱos, aioli, served with an artisan brioche.
Thick patty, cooked medium. It's tender and juicy, you get a little sweet and buttery from the aioli and brioche, that partners beautifully with the salty and the spicy from the meats and jalapeƱos. It's an extremely tasty burger, followed up by great service from the team. It's a win win combination.
