The Rice Crispy Squares app at Futo Buta is easily one of my favorite dishes in Charlotte. For anyone with a ramen affinity, a trip to Charlotte isn't complete without stopping at this place. Before you dive into their incredibly flavorful Fire & Ice (well-chronicled on this site by Mr. Bigtime Bites, himself), you have try out this bigtime app. The presentation is terrific and it only gets better from there. The "Big 3" that comprises this dish appears simple enough - spicy tuna, crispy fried rice, wasabi soy - but that McDonald's Hashbrowns-like square topped with fresh-as-can-be tuna doused in the wasabi soy is just next level...NBA comp-wise, I would rank this Big 3 somewhere between Jimmy/KAT/Wiggins and LeBron/IT/Love.
