Ehrmagehrd! This soft serve was so perfect! It was so tasty. What I liked about it was that it was not too sweet. It was the most perfect thing to cool off without feeling like your sugar level will spike through the roof. It has a delicate flavor and very smooth. Add just a tad bit of honey for a sweet kick and to bring out the matcha flavor. But do not add a lot or you'll overwhelm the matcha flavor. When you squirt the bottle, think of the honey as an accent, not as a topping. Got it? If you are in L.A., this place is in Little Tokyo, across the shuttle statue.
