I'm a coward. I can't eat soup during the summer months, so as soon as the first drop of rain falls I rush to the House of Tofu Soup to sit down in front of a piping hot bowl of their delicious kimchi pork soup.
This bigtime dish is served with a generous helping of stone pot rice (easily enough for two people) and a delicious array of banchan.
If you're really hungry you can add a side of bulgogi (chicken, beef or pork) for a few extra bucks, just be prepared to take a nap afterwards.
