Tuna, Salmon, and Yellowtail Poke at Go Fish Poke in Dallas, TX. There are several new poke places in Dallas, but this place is my go-to spot because they use big chunks of fish and the topping selection is extensive. I typically get half mixed greens and half sushi rice as my base, then load up the toppings, seasoning, and sauce. I always opt for the three fish option. Here, I went with tuna, salmon, and yellowtail, but they also have a smaller, two fish portion. Hard to tell from the picture, but there is a lot of fish on there! A bowl here will run you about $13, so it's a solid lunch or dinner option when in Dallas.
