Beef Carpaccio at Good Food on Montford in Charlotte, NC. All the small plates and desserts we got were really good, but none of them stood out to me as a sure-fire franchise candidate. This place is pretty small and parking is limited, but I thought it was borderline franchise worthy so it's worth the hassle. This is one of the only times I've ever had beef carpaccio, and this one came with fried pickles, pimento cheese, ranch and beer gastrique. The fried pickles and pimento cheese were great with the beef. I'd definitely get this dish again next time I go back.
