Yet Tuh is located in Doraville, GA about 15mins NE of Atlanta. The restaurant is a little off the beaten path just off of Buford Hwy where you have to drive into a empty parking lot, down a hill and to the back of a mixed use complex. But it's worth it for this Korean Seafood Pancake which cost approx. $15. The dish comes out hot on a sizzling cast iron platter and is about the size of a 12" pizza!!!... The pancake is dense and packed with chunks of whole fresh shrimp and chopped chewy octopus along with generous amounts of scallions (green onions). The top, bottom and edges are perfectly crisp with the center still soft and loaded with nothing but shrimp, octopus and scallions. The pancake batter, shrimp and octopus are simple and mild in seasoning which blends well with the tender and sweet scallions. To complete the dish is a side sauce of soy mixed with rice vinegar, garlic and sesame. Once you dip a piece of the pancake into the sauce you taste all the sweet and salty components coming together. The chewiness from the shrimp and octopus make you feel like you're staring outside into a field of sunflowers, taking in every moment. Then you'll look down and notice you barely made a dent in this ginormous BigTime Bite... until the next one ✌🏽
P.S. - my girlfriend has nicknamed me BigTime Belly based on my affection for food and time spent writing scouting reports... in which I reply, "Thanks, hold my beer" 😂
