Our favorite go-to, hole-in-the-wall Mexican spot in Tuckahoe is under construction so we searched for new Mexican options not named Chipotle. Luckily, we found El Poblano in White Plains. The sauteed mushrooms and tomatoes add extra flavor to the fajitas to go with guacamole and hot sauce of your choice. With big portions at a reasonable cost ($13), we might have found a new favorite hole-in-the-wall spot for Mexican food!
