There's no shame in my game - I like SpongeBob. Always have. Pre-teen me would have jumped for joy if he knew he'd get to try a Krabby Patty at some point in his future. Besides spelling it differently, Hops made this dream come true on a recent trip to their burger bar. Although this classic bigtime dish originated inside Bikini Bottom's finest - The Krusty Krab - Hops pulls off quite the rendition, filling two buns with a ginormous crab cake (they lightly fry it, so it holds its form), a mango/onion/jalapeƱo salsa (refreshing; not too sweet or spicy), sliced avocado, lettuce, tomato, and a lime dijon aioli (the stuff that looks like cheese in the picture). Needless to say, this thing is jam-packed with flavor and it took both hands to smush the top bun down so I could actually begin to attempt to eat it. All in all, this was a very solid dish, worthy of RT at the very least - there are just so many good options here for burger lovers, that it's really tough to go wrong.
