Another stop at the 7th Street Public Market was a success. I am always enticed to try a restaurants' signature entree and when it came to looking for a burger, I didn't need to look past the Local Loaf Burger. As with the new trend of stacking as many ingredients on top of one another to the point that you can't even take a bite, Local Loaf kept it simple with their combination of tri-tip beef, aged white cheddar, arugula and smoked bacon and didn't disappoint. What I looked past when ordering was the tomato jam which upgraded this meal from a Rotation to an instant Starter, and I don't even like tomatoes! It turns a traditional burger and added a hint of flavor that leaves you wanting more.
