Lobster Cobb Salad at BLT Steak in Charlotte, NC. It's not often that you find a salad that is nice and light yet filling enough to be an entree in itself. Being the carnivore and fish lover that I am, it's rare that my favorite dish at a good steak and seafood spot is a salad. They have a number of great dishes at BLT, but I love this lobster salad so much that it's my go-to dish here. They give you plenty of lump lobster meat and mix it in with bacon, egg, avocado, fried shallots, cheddar cheese shavings, and a light buttermilk dressing. Inside the Ritz Carlton near the Spectrum Center, BLT has a diverse menu to satisfy all palettes and is open for lunch and dinner. On weekends, it's open late (11 pm) to accommodate diners after games. I also love their tuna tartare, sea bass, Dover sole, and strip steak.
