Stopped at this place on the way to Charleston. There is not much to choose from in that 30 min-1 hour stretch off of I-26 before you get into town, other than the major chain restaurants. This place is solid lunch spot in an old Southern style house. The Reuben was a little different than I'm used to. Made with Turkey pastrami, and it tastes like they put the meat on the griddle. Little bit lighter than your corned beef Reuben. Everything seemed very fresh. They hang their hat on sourcing all their ingredients from the Carolinas. Overall, pretty good lunch place with some healthier soup and salad options as well.
