Not much you can do wrong at FIG in Charleston. It's a clear and consensus city favorite by anybody you question on the street. It's not going to provide an economic meal by any means but worth every penny if you are looking for unique and upscale options. This evening I went with the Slow Baked Snapper as my entree. It's covered in a creamy sweet corn sauce, topped with zucchini, a thinly sliced tomato, and some lime vinaigrette. The fish was cooked perfectly; it arrived both moist and full of flavor. The corn sauce along with the squash both among my vegetable favorites.
