While we're not vegetarians or eat with our hands often, we enjoy going to Lalibela for its delicious Ethiopian cuisine. Most Ethiopian food is eaten with your hands and the plates are communal to the entire table. We had no problem sharing this delicious plate which included Shiro wat (split peas), Gomen (collard greens) and Misir wat (split lentils).
