10/03/17 Everything in this picture was amazing. Town Hall Burger and Beer is one of many specialty burger places in the Durham area. It's rare that I pass up an opportunity to eat anything with Mac n Cheese on it, so I took full advantage of this opportunity. The side of poutine fries was phenomenal. It was the first time I had eaten poutine, so it was an awesome experience that I won't forget anytime soon. Gravy, cheese, and fries. There is nothing wrong with this picture. The burger had a fried patty of mac n cheese with bacon bits throughout and was topped with more bacon all in between two brioche buns. The mac n cheese was great. Gooey and with plenty of bacon throughout, it went well with the meat, which was cooked perfectly. The sweetness of the buns really helped this dish a lot. The mac, bacon, and patty were savory, but the brioche bun was just sweet enough to balance the burger. The burger was also so big that I had to cut it in half, which I never do. This was certainly a bigtime bite and well worth the money.
