This is another artfully crafted dish presented to you by the sushi chefs at Brush Sushi Izakaya. An open faced bamboo box is the easel that holds the blank white canvas of sushi rice. The chefs then place (looked to be chopped) Toro (fatty tuna), Uni (sea urchin), marinated salmon roe, quail eggs, scallions, seaweed, and REAL wasabi strategically in places to balance colors so you could feast the plate with your eyes before taking a spoonful to your mouth. I enjoyed this dish, in that you could choose to eat the ingredients with or without the rice. If you're looking for big portions this isn't the dish for you. Flavors are amazingly balance but you'll be hitting the bottom of the box before you realize it. Definitely an all star dish, easy. At $26, you'll probably need to dribble a few more basketballs to add another dish to your meal. But you'll be able to grab it at various hours and days I'd recommend calling or checking their hours before you head out the door.
