Of all the dishes I had at RedFarm, the Three Chili Chicken probably came with the least intrigue once the plate was brought out. Just by taking a glance at the picture above, you can probably get a pretty good sense of what it tastes like. And it's a good meal! Perfectly solid portioning, good mix of flavors, not too much heat to set the whole thing aflame, tender white meat, quality ingredients. Once you polish off the chicken, the peanuts, string beans and peppers give you plenty to munch on until you're fully sated. If you're looking for a solid rotation entree in free agency, you could do worse than spending $27 against a menu where that's slightly below both mean and median entree price. You'll be full; you won't be remotely upset with what you ate; and you can continue on with your night. That said, I'll probably look around the rest of the menu next time just to see what's out there. This is new-market price for a solid-if-fundamentally-replaceable rotation piece who helps round things out for you. Jon Leuer, more or less.
