Good Food on Montford has been a pioneer for creative, refine, yet approachable good food in the Charlotte area for many years. The green curry (Prince Edward Island) mussels is a testament to their culinary culture. One of my favorite dish, the green curry mussel, blend fresh quality ingredients with bold favors. The mussels are cooked in a broth with coconut milk, green curry, cilantro herbs, and served with naan bread points. The sweetness of the coconut milk married with the savory mussel broth contrast yet complement in favor perfectly. Blended herbs added a pleasant aroma and freshness. The only thing that could make it better is if it was served to me while soft, white sand is under my feet, cool ocean breeze brushes my face, and a cold beer in my hand... Oh and make sure to ask for the house made bread to soak up all that goodness! Buzz-buzz ✌
