Our podcast, the Fabulous Peltoncast, spent this summer trying more than 20 local burgers in the search for Seattle's best burger and Uneeda won the crown. Uneeda's Classic Burger has the quality of a fancier (cloth napkin) burger with the flavorful patty of a fast-food (paper napkin) burger. And the secret sauce manages to complement perfectly without overwhelming the patty and cheese.
