Lamb Lollipops at Soul Gastrolounge in Charlotte. The seasoning on the lamb is terrific and cooked just right for optimal flavor. Unlike some lamb dishes, it's doesn't taste "gamy" at all. Excellent! It's a music lounge, but Soul has some of the best dishes in Charlotte.
