I'm always looking to see if there is a burger that can crack my personal Top 3 list. Recently, I've been harassed by my family members to try the Father's Office burger. I've been told it's the best burger in the LA area and it's at least worth the drive across LA. The FO burger was most definitely a posh burger. Not what I expected, but I was pleasantly surprised. The bun is much more of a dinner roll than your typical round burger bun. The beef is dry-aged and cooked to your liking. The caramelized onions and arugula are nice, but the real MVP is the "funky" (funk in a good way) gruyere and blue cheese that elevates this burger into my new personal Top 3 list. The fries and aioli compliment the burger, so don't be afraid to shell the extra $3. This high-end, fine dining style burger was definitely worth the drive across LA to get to.
