Yes, this salmon was ordered at Barnes & Noble! The Eastchester location is one of only three stores in the country with a new cafe/restaurant/bar concept called the Kitchen. The salmon was prepared just right, not too raw and not overcooked. Add the basil dressing with whole grain tabbouleh for a perfect bite each time. Who would have guessed you can get fine dining at Barnes & Noble?!
