Pork Belly Tacos at Soul Gastrolounge in Charlotte. Incredible! Something is wrong with your taste buds if you don't like this dish. In fact, just go ahead and unfollow me if you don't like this dish. ??. The pork belly is nicely seared and succulent and unlike a lot of pork belly, does not have much fat at all. The watermelon on top adds a unique touch. It's a music lounge, but Soul has some of the best dishes in Charlotte.
