Tuna Crudo at Kindred Restaurant in Davidson, NC, easily my favorite restaurant in North Carolina and one of my favorite restaurants in the country. Named one of the Top 10 new restaurants in America for 2015 by Bon Appetit Magazine. The crudo was extremely fresh and accompanied by uni mayonnaise, carrots, and trout roe. Excellent!
