Belcampo head chef Brent Thomas brings the thunder with this pulled pork sandwich. The high quality of Belcampo's pork really shines through on this sandwich, its tender and juicy like only a southern boy can cook. The slaw and seedy bun finish it off to create the best pulled pork sandwich I've had this side of the Mississippi.
