The Peninsula Grill in Charleston definitely provided me with one of the higher end dining experiences of my life. I went here as part of a team morale event and I feel very fortunate for having had the privilege. Our meal was served in courses with each course an experience in and of itself. My main entree was a very difficult choice. Many of my peers went with the Grilled Filet of Beef Tenderloin which I did taste and which at times made me second guess my selections but in the end the Pan Roasted Salmon was some of the best I have ever tasted. Being from Seattle, I have had my share of Salmon meals but nothing quite like this. Tender, juicy, full of spices and wild flavor and topped with capers this salmon left me stunned and speechless. The side of asparagus and garlic potatoes also perfect compliments. The Peninsula Grill definitely a go to spot in Charleston if your wallet is full and you are looking for a high end meal.
