This dog is LA meets Vietnam in a nutshell. A bacon wrapped dog smothered in those strong Banh Mi toppings. Everything works very well on this fusion dog, the carrots and cucumber give a great crunch against the soft bun. The acid from the lime and the thin slices of jalapeños elevate this dog above the competition.
