12/11/16 Tuna tartare at The Cellar at Duckworth's in Charlotte. Sesame seeds, chili oil, and won ton crisps. The tuna was extremely fresh and the chili oil added a nice unique flavor not found in your typical tartare. My only regret was not running it back (i.e. ordering another one).
