You won't find this "dish" on the official menu at either Red Iguana location, but let me tell you - ordering this (this entire scouting report is basically a "vet move") is an absolute must. How else will you know which of the freshly made molés to order for your main entreè? Not much else to say, here...pictured: eight different sneak peaks that offer a glimpse into the explosion of flavor that occurs within every bite of Red Iguana's renowned molé dishes. Don't stress too much about which molé to go with for your main, because they are all outstanding! Extra bonus: free chips and salsa, which is always nice. I also highly recommend their horchata. Warning: be prepared to wait up to an hour for your table.
