There's a silver lining to everything if you look hard enough. The silver lining to spending a week in Orlando over Fourth of July weekend in 100 degree weather with 100% humidity? ARTISAN'S TABLE. This place is rock solid any time of day, but breakfast is where it really stands out. There are tried and true options all over the menu, but the Japanese Bowl separates itself from the rest, thanks to its simply outstanding flavor combination of fried eggs, japanese sticky rice, scallion, bacon, sweet chili sauce, and togarashi (Japanese chili pepper seasoning). All the ingredients blend together perfectly. The portion size is solid, the service is friendly and after pairing this bigtime bite with a house made Vietnamese iced coffee, you will be more than ready to suck up the 10 minute walk down the street through the sweltering heat to watch eight hours of summer league basketball. Summer league pre-game meal at Artisan's Table: a tradition unlike any other!
