New Canaan, CT is a small quaint town in Fairfield County with many good places to eat. At Elm, you can try small plates like Tuna Tartare. The tuna is prepared just right with a sprinkle of lemon and hazelnut to give additional flavor. While we don't visit CT often as we used to, Elm is definitely on our list of places to return.
