I've had a lot of burgers in a lot of joints, and this korean-American fusion offering at unassuming food truck Burger Seoul in Tacoma is one of the best. Grab plenty of napkins, because it's drip on the floor juicy. The ground beef is a mix of chuck and short rib, and the truck's signature Seoul sauce gives it a great kick.
