The biscuit here is actually the White Lilly Flour Biscuit, which Earl's only offers on their weekend brunch menu. It's a much lighter, fluffier biscuit than the normal one they offer during the week. It usually comes with two choices of toppings: bacon/egg/cheese or ham/jam/brie. However, I threw a wrench into their morning, when I asked if they could put duck on it instead of bacon (by their reaction I don't think anyone had requested this before haha). The bacon version is great, but this creation was BIGTIME. The duck was very tender and savory and added some heartiness to the dish. I ate this around 1 or 2 pm and I didn't eat again until about 9. Well worth the extra $3 I paid to add the duck to the dish!
