This dish was full of flavor and sitting atop a ‘pipian rojo sauce’, deliverered just the right amount of heat. When a pork chop is prepared to perfection - juicy & tender - it is tough to beat. The sautéed vegetables accompanied with the sweet corn brought everything together nicely. Authentic Mexican food in a warm, relaxing environment. Next time you are in Dallas, check it out!
