Bangkok Basil is a family-owned Thai restaurant located in nearby Redmond. The owners (Anna and Ron) originally from Bangkok know how to serve authentic, home-style Thai food. The menu is diverse with plenty of unique options (i.e. Avocado Curry). Seating is limited and definitely family friendly. One of my all-time favorite Thai dishes is the Massaman Curry. We ordered this as one of our family sharable plates. It was the first to disappear. I absolutely love the combination of potatoes, and curry, with my choice of meat. We went with the chicken today. Slowly cooked with potatoes, onion, in a rich massaman curry paste and mixed with coconut milk and peanuts this dish did not disappoint.
