Definitely get the fish sauce wings, but the real star of the menu is this bigtime dish. The Boar collar is rubbed with garlic, coriander and black pepper, lightly glazed with soy and sugar, then perfectly grilled. Don't be fooled by the sugar glaze, this dish is extremely spicy and the accompanying chili/lime/garlic sauce only adds to the heat. Pair this with an order of sticky rice and add a coconut water if you need to cut the heat.
