This was a ton of food for an appetizer. A bed of fries topped with corned beef and cheese with thousand island dressing drizzled on top. As far as appetizers go, this was definitely bigtime. The fries were good, but the corned beef was fantastic. Honestly, I was taken aback at how good the beef was. It was juicy, tender, and very flavorful. Thin strips, and a massive amount of it. Honestly, I think there was more beef than fries. It was covered with Swiss cheese, which really helped to balance the bright flavors of the beef. The thousand island on top was good and added a nice layer to the dish, but I would get it without that next time. Overall, great appetizer and something I know I can always rely on.
