My first experience at a Vietnamese restaurant was a success. I decided to try a traditional Pho dish called Pho Dat Biet, which included every type of meat they offered...because, why not? Featuring thinly sliced beef, brisket, tendon, tripe and meatballs with noodles and a flavorful broth, Truc gives you more than enough food to fill your appetite and did not disappoint. Being my first Pho dish, it's difficult to compare to what other restaurants in the area offer but I will go ahead and trust my source that this spot has some of the best Vietnamese food in Charlotte. Don't bother looking for the website (you won't find one!) and go check out Truc for yourself.
