Sweet hash of joy, indeed. I'm a sucker for sweet potatoes (and hashes, in general), so ever since I noticed this bigtime bite on the menu (Victorian is a breakfast/brunch STAPLE every time visit Bend), I've had a difficult time not ordering it. It's topped with house sausage, a generous amount of avocado and two perfectly cooked eggs. Everything just goes together perfectly - it's an awesome breakfast/brunch flavor combo and the portion size is well above average. Wash this thing down with a 'manmosa' (don't ask - just thank me later) and you'll be good to go!
