The sea bass is marinated in Japanese miso sauce for a few days. Then, it is baked and served fresh. I have never tasted fish so tender and delicious. It simply melts in your mouth. The miso taste is the perfect amount that does not overtake the fish yet keeps you wanting more. The sea bass sits atop edamame mashed potatoes with seaweed salad and ikura (salmon roe) on top within a bed of crispy egg noodles. All the textures are so different which make eating the entrée an full sensory experience. The presentation is beautiful. Additionally, the environment at Bonding is fun and welcoming. If you are in Miami, this restaurant is a MUST VISIT and if you enjoy fish this dish is a MUST HAVE.
