The Tipsy Burger Bar is an upscale burger joint in my hometown. It's relatively new but always a bustling place with a small line out the door. We went here as a family on friday night and had to wait about 30 minutes to get seated. It's a little on the pricey side for burgers but they have variety and they serve good sized portions. I split burgers with both my 12 year old son and my wife since the two meals easily fed the three of us and because I wanted some variety. My wife ordered the Seatown and it was hands down my preferred entree of the evening. A nice tender salmon filet over the top of some avocado, cucumber, red onion, alfalfa sprouts, and house made tartar sauce. I will order a little less sauce next time but overall a great seafood burger for those wanting a beef alternative.
