This little sandwich shop in Seattle has its origins in the food truck business ("Now Make Me A Sandwich"). It's now a casual low key place on the corner of Greenwood and 82nd. They make about 10 different sandwiches with an assortment of sides. Nothing fancy about their decor but they serve some tasty sandwiches. Today I went with the "Buddha Call" which is their vegetarian selection. It's a good size sandwich and easily serves two. It was excellent. My favorite part being the roasted sweet potatoes and the sautéed spinach. It also came with cremini mushrooms, roasted red peppers, and melted Manchego cheese. It is served on a telera roll which is a mexican bread similar to a french roll. Honestly my favorite part of the meal was probably the apple jalapeño slaw. The sweetness of the apple and the spice of the jalapeño just the right combination. Even my wife who usually doesn't like spicy loved this slaw. Definitely going back for more.
