Crispy Oysters at Ostra in Boston, one of my favorite restaurants in the country. Great day before the game meal there last night. The oysters are extremely fresh and the breading is feathery light. The cornichon remoulade and spicy aji aoli provides a nice blend of flavors with the crispness of the oysters.
