Surin of Thailand restaurant is located in the Virginia-Highlands community near downtown Atlanta. The restaurant has authentic Thai mixed with some Laos foods. The star of our meal tonight was the Thai Sausage Salad. The salad has the perfect mix of the sweet, sour & spicy with crisp fresh flavors from the lettuce, cucumbers, red onions and carrots. The entire dish is seasoned nicely with fish sauce, chili peppers, lemon juice and a little sugar. The Thai Sausage protein is similar to the Chinese style sausage and is deep fried before being mixed with the other ingredients. This is a great starter salad and will get your mouth watery from the spicy and sour dichotomy. Until the next BTB ✌🏽
