First sip of the drink was an instant, “WHOA!”
Second drink is, “What!? How?”
Third drink is accepting that you don’t understand how this drink tastes THIS GOOD and it doesn’t matter.
Rum, cognac, averna, allspice, plum, clove... and something with milk that takes 5 days to do that I didn’t fully follow because I was distracted by how GOOD it tasted! This is a drink that is rich yet light. The allspice perfectly comes through without being too strong, and the texture from the clarified milk is perfectly creamy.
OUTSTANDING drink!
