Buttermilk fried cod cheeks, cajun remoulade, lettuce, tomato, pickles, served on a baguette with seasoned fries. Without even trying something with those ingredients, it deserves a rotation spot but the Fried Fish Po Boy lived up to the billing while we stopped at Crafted - The Art of Street Food in Greensboro, NC. Unfortunately, I do feel a bit guilty posting this dish as it was a nightly special and am not entirely sure how often it is added to the menu but this should at least give you an idea on what the restaurant brings to the table (pun intended) on a nightly basis. The menu consists on a variety of international flavors from tacos to stir fry so there is always an option for everyone.
