Vietnamese Crispy Quail was part of my pre-game meal a few days ago at Pho Vinh in Orlando. Their version was excellent - skin was nice and crispy with good flavor and the quail meat inside was moist and tender. Good portion size as well. A Vietnamese buddy clued me on to this dish a few years ago. Dipping it into the salt and pepper mixed with lime juice completes the dish.
