Another great dish at Vien Huong is the chili pepper dungeness crab. Similar to a Hong Kong style salt and pepper dish but with chili flakes for and extra kick. Deep fried and sautéeded with fried garlic, chili and salt you'll throw aside the crab cracker and be using your teeth. Getting the bits of flavored crispy coating before the sweet crab meat is the perfect flavor adventure. I'd prefer to eat this at home like a pig but hey who cares about what others are think. Even if you have a suit on at a wedding party.
