Only Burger is a local shop that started out as a food truck. The sign for one of their locations is actually a mini replica of their original food truck, which is what grabbed my attention and practically forced me through the door. It's in the vein of many local burger shops that have been appearing in recent years. Simple menu that offers a few unique twists on a classic burger and some fun sides along with a ton of craft beers (and even a local root beer on tap; I always recommend trying a root beer from a local brewery). One of my personal favorite burger options that I've seen around is the Frito Bandito burger. This is a cheeseburger with chili and fritos on it. Very healthy option for those of you on a strict diet. The bread was good, nothing out of the ordinary, but the patty was great. Good flavor and well spiced. The chili was awesome. If there were beans, I did not notice them. It was slightly spicy, slightly sweet, very tomato-y. I could have eaten it on its own and been satisfied. Then, the added layer of guacamole which was the perfect complement to the chili. It was a good balance to the striking flavor of the chili and really helped the mouth feel of the dish. The fritos were...fritos. You know how you added fries to your burger as a child? This is what you were hoping that would do to your burger. It was a frito pie on a burger. The flavors normally would have been overwhelmingly savory, but the guacamole really made this a bigtime bite and it most definitely was huge and filling. I had to slow myself down a few times. All of their options look fantastic, but I can certainly vouch for this option if you're in town and looking for a good burger stop. Also, not too expensive for a "craft" burger joint.
