Steaks are a beautiful thing. Like a jump shot, they come in a variety of forms, but every so often you see perfection. I've started to appreciate bone-in steaks for the extra gradient of texture and flavors where the meat meets the bone. The presentation is stunning when the plate arrives and is dominated by tomahawk shaped bone sitting precariously close to the edge of the plate. Quality Italian applies a nice char to this steak that seals in the juices and gives a smoky crunch to every bite. The dry-aging process concentrates the flavors and tenderizes the meat. All of these layers come together in one of the best steaks you will find anywhere. The restaurant has a nice energetic vibe and dressy mid-town crowd. Come for lunch or dinner and enjoy a nice stroll through Central Park afterwards!
